This certificate means that the sheep/lamb must not be exposed to <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulesing">mulesing</a>, and that the yarn/wool must not be exposed to any kind of harmful chemicals. KBT means Controlled biological animal breeding. KBT is the strictest certificate for organic wool. The yarn is spunned in Germany by the most wellknown and highly acknolegded company: Richter. All <a href="/collections/lanacare">LanaCare</a> wool clothes have been laboratory-tested negative for house dust-mites and are therefore particularly suitable for children with allergy.
