  • You have 7 days to cancel an order by email at info@bebecannelle.com. However, because we aim to ship your parcel within 48 hours, you must then return your unused/unworn items in their original condition and at your own expense within 14 days from date of delivery (please obtain proof of postage). We will then cancel your order and send you a refund for the total of the original order.
  • If a product is damaged or faulty, we will fully reimburse you (total of the original order + postage to return the goods) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days and in unused condition. Please use Recorded Delivery for returning damaged goods and we will refund you Recorded Delivery cost as well.
  • If you are not happy with a product but it is not damaged or faulty, please return it to us via Recorded Delivery in its original packaging. You will not be reimbursed for Recorded Delivery costs in this case as BebeCannelle is still such a small company that we cannot cover the cost of returning items to us. The item must be in unused condition and suitable for resale.
