The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must agree with them before placing an order. The term and conditions are subject to change so you must check them regularly.

Postage and packing

UK delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Packing and postage costs are included in the price. We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Please note that some items which may take longer to arrive will be shipped separately. You will be notified by email if this is the case.

You can choose Recorded Delivery to get your order sooner for £5.50.

Europe delivery
All items are sent within 48 hours by Royal Air Mail for £7.50.

Europe Fast and Recorded delivery is £15.90 and takes less than a week, depending on your country and if you are in a big or small city.

Worldwide delivery (except Europe)
All items are sent within 48 hours by Royal Air Mail for £20.

Worldwide Fast and Recorded delivery (except Europe) is £29.90.

Returns and Cancellations

You have 7 days to cancel an order by email at sales@bebecannelle.com. However, because we aim to ship your parcel within 48 hours, you must then return your unused/unworn items in their original condition and at your own expense within 14 days from date of delivery (please obtain proof of postage). We will then cancel your order and send you a refund for the total of the original order.

If a product is damaged or faulty, we will fully reimburse you provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days and in unused condition. Please use Recorded Delivery for returning damaged goods and we will refund you Recorded Delivery cost as well.

If you are not happy with a product but it is not damaged or faulty, please return it to us via Recorded Delivery in its original packaging. You will not be reimbursed for Recorded Delivery costs in this case as Bebe Cannelle is still such a small company that we cannot cover the cost of returning items to us. The item must be in unused condition and suitable for resale.

Pricing

Prices can be modified at anytime. All prices are in GBP and include VAT when applicable.

Privacy Policy

Bebe Cannelle is a registered under the Data Protection Act. We never make your personal details available to other companies. We only use your email address for the marketing of Bebe Cannelle products. We (and our representatives) may hold your personal details only in order to process your order.

Payment

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. You can pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.

Wrapping

All our baby carriers and breastfeeding tops are wrapped in crispy white tissue paper. Our organic cotton clothes are sent in a cute little fabric bag.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. You will be notified by email if an item is out of stock.

Pre-orders

We are always happy to enable you to pre-order an item at a reduced price. The delivery time is always an indication and we cannot be held responsible for shipping or manufacturer delay.

Safety issues

Bebe Cannelle Limited cannot be responsible for misuse of our products. If you buy a baby carrier, you must act responsibly and try your baby carrier with the help of another adult. Bebe Cannelle is happy to provide you with resources and links to other websites but cannot be held responsible for third party websites content and policies.

Bebe Cannelle make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur.
